This policy explains how Healthcare Education & Consulting ("NJHEC," "we") collects, uses and protects information from website visitors, prospective students and enrolled students.
Information we collect
- Information you give usyour name, email, phone and any details you share when you book a call, register, or contact us.
- Booking & schedulingwhen you book through our scheduling tool (Calendly), your booking details are processed by that provider to set up your appointment.
- Contact messageswhen you reach us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the contact details and message you send so we can answer and arrange your training.
- Usage databasic, non-identifying analytics that help us improve the site.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and enroll and support students
- To arrange payment and maintain required school records
- To improve our courses and website
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to deliver these services (scheduling, payments), or where required by law.
Student records
For enrolled students, we maintain attendance records, academic progress and grades, financial records, records of meetings or appeals, and a copy of any graduation certificate. These records are kept confidential, are available for your review, and (should the school ever close) are forwarded to the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Please keep your contact and financial-aid details up to date.
